Our detailed floor plans show full height walls, partial walls, columns, and each room is labeled. We verify all door jams and door heights. Besides measuring window widths, we include floor to sill and sill to header heights, plus material and operation type. We also show floor steps and stairs noting riser heights. We can also label floor materials and note ceiling heights. At the kitchen, we locate cabinets, sinks, dishwashers, stoves and refrigerators. Typically in the bathrooms, we draw the vanities, sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and any other plumbing fixtures. We try to show as much information as possible in our drawings, including A/C unit, electrical box, and major appliances. We not only locate elements at floor level, but we also show ceiling beams, ceiling transition lines, and skylights.

The typical exterior elevation drawings show the house and roof outlines. Using the floor heights, along with door and window information collected, such as door heights, floor to window sills, and window sills to window header, we can continue producing the house facade accurately locating the doors and windows. We diagrammatically show door and window mullions, siding, projected sills, and any other major architectural features. Using photos, videos, and site measurements, we can accurately approximate rainwater pipes, gutter, ventilation grilles, exterior lights, crawl space access, chimney, and PG&E meters. In our elevation drawings, we also show decks, railings, canopies, and stairs. We try to demonstrate material finishes using different cad hatches accurately.
